Mr Nauman Aslam is a passionate researcher and academician. He is a PhD Candidate at School of Management in Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia. His research project is on the role of Emotions in Continued Entrepreneurial Effort and Nascent Venture Success by using Wearable sensors technology. He has completed his MPhil (Management) from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of Punjab and also has worked as Senior Lecturer in the Superior University, Lahore, Pakistan. His area of interest includes nascent entrepreneurship, emotions, Decision-making logic and leadership development.
