Webinar: Re-imagining Australia’s Space and Spatial Industry for Growth

Webinar: Re-imagining Australia’s Space and Spatial Industry for Growth

25th of August 2020, 2 pm- 3:30 pm
via Microsoft Teams

Overview

Join our live online discussion, led by a panel of distinguished experts, on Australia’s plan to grow the space and spatial industry. What are the key initiatives that will maximise the growth of the industry, especially during the COVID-19 recovery? And how can government, industry and university work together to transform the industry?

This event is co-organised by RMIT SASCCAR and the SPACE Research Centre in collaboration with RMIT Enabling Capability Platforms (ECP) as part of the ECP Post COVID-19 Initiatives – A Digital Start. It is the second of SASCCAR series of events in 2020 bringing government, industry and academia together. Please join us in this August session. We will hear from a panel of experts directly on why space and spatial working together is important to contribute towards meeting the Australian Government goals of tripling the size of Australia’s space sector to $12B and growing the workforce from the current 10,000 FTE to 20,000 by 2030.
